SuperThread Fiberglass Threaded Rod
SuperThread fiberglass wall form tie systems are used to secure concrete formwork during concrete placement and initial hydration. The unique thread design allows for SuperThread to have the familiar feel of steel while SuperThread systems eliminate the possibility of rust stains, as well as the structural deterioration often caused by failure of patching steel form tie holes. Cut the rod flush to the concrete surface for a seamless architectural finish.
SuperThread Fiberglass Rod
SuperThread Fiberglass Threaded Rod is offered in a 3/8” diameter size and it is a 2,500 pounds safe working load fiberglass tie. Commonly used with job-built forms and most modular forms. The SuperThread fiberglass tie will never rust, eliminating the need for break-back and patching.

SuperThread STN375 Nut
The SuperThread Nut anchors the rod against the bearing plate. Use RJD hardware with RJD rod only; Pairing components from other manufacturers risks form failure and injury.

Bearing Plate BP615
The Bearing Plate is a required component with the SuperThread rod system. The BP615 is a 4”x4” steel plate with a 5/8”-diameter hole and fits the 3/8″ SuperThread rod.
